The workspace itself lives at Organization → Settings & billing: its name and branding, who else holds admin access, and the subscription that keeps it running. All of it is admin-only, and none of it touches anything written inside a review.
Organization details
Name, a default track offered to new joiners (or "ask the manager to choose," if you'd rather leave it open every time), and a workspace-wide default time zone that individual accounts can still override. Changing the name updates it everywhere immediately: invitations, exports, all of it.
Admins
A list of who currently holds admin access, with a remove option next to each. Access is only revoked here — granting it happens from People, alongside the manager and employee toggles, since admin is just one of the three roles a person can hold.
Logo
A PNG that replaces the Growth Record name at the top of the sidebar for everyone in the organization. It sits on a light tile in both themes, so a dark logo stays readable. It is not used in emails or exports. Optional, and removable at any time.
Billing
Growth Record runs on a simple model: €9 per user per month, excluding VAT, with a five-user minimum, and a 30-day trial that needs no card up front and unlocks every feature. There's no cut-down trial tier.
Subscribing during the trial does not cut it short: you add a card, Stripe shows the rest of the trial as free days, and the first charge is on the day the trial would have ended. Stripe writes a zero invoice for those days, which the billing page leaves out. The exception is the last two days of the trial, which are too short for Stripe to carry over, so subscribing then charges the first month straight away. The billing page says so before you continue.
The billing page shows your current plan, how many seats you're paying for versus how many are active or still pending, your next invoice amount and date, and recent invoice history. Growth Record never handles payment details directly — Manage billing hands off to Stripe's own portal for your card and billing details, and subscribing goes through Stripe Checkout the same way.
If a payment does not go through
The workspace stays writable. Either the card was declined or the bank wants the payment confirmed, and Fix payment opens Stripe's portal, where you can pay the open invoice or change the card. If it is left until Stripe gives up, the subscription is cancelled and the workspace turns read-only.
If you cancel
Nothing is deleted, and nothing happens immediately. Everyone keeps full access until the end of the period already paid for. After that, the workspace turns read-only: reading and exporting still work, drafts in progress are kept rather than lost, but nothing new can be written until the subscription resumes. You can resume at any point, before or after that line is crossed.
Right after subscribing
There's a short gap between paying through Stripe and Stripe's confirmation reaching Growth Record. The billing page polls for it for about 30 seconds and shows a message while it waits. If it's still showing the trial after a minute, a reload usually catches up; if it doesn't, check that Stripe's webhooks are reaching the app before assuming something's wrong with the payment.
Deleting the organization
An admin can delete the whole organization from the danger zone on the Organization tab, after confirming with their password (or with Google or Microsoft, for an account that signs in that way). The subscription is cancelled at once, and everyone in the organization is signed out and can no longer sign in. Everything in it is erased 30 days later.
Export what you want to keep first: anyone can export their own full record from My Growth, and the People list exports as CSV. We can also send an export of the whole organization on request.
