Organization → People holds the roster: everyone in the workspace, anyone still pending an invitation, and the access each person holds. It's admin-only, and the one part of the org an employee's own record never needs.
Inviting people
Everyone arrives the same way: as an employee. You can't pre-grant manager or admin access from the invite itself — send it, wait for acceptance, then come back to the table and turn on whatever else applies. That two-step keeps access changes visible and deliberate rather than buried inside a bulk invite.
Two ways in:
- Invite people — paste or type email addresses (comma, space or return all work), optionally set one team and one manager for the whole batch, and send. An address that doesn't look complete gets flagged before you can send it.
- Import CSV — one address per row, with optional
teamandreports_tocolumns for setting those in bulk. Rows for people who already exist are skipped rather than duplicated, so re-importing an updated list is safe.
Pending invitations get their own section with resend and revoke options. An invitation link works for 14 days, and resending starts that over. Revoking just breaks the link; you can invite the same address again later.
Granting access
Open anyone's row to edit them. Team and reporting line live here, along with three independent toggles: Employee, Manager, and Admin. None of them turns another off — someone can hold all three at once.
The Assessed against column shows each person's track and level, and reads Not placed for anyone who has neither. It's read-only: admins can see it, not set it — that's the manager's job, from My Reports, since they're the one who'll be assessing against it. When anyone is unplaced, a count above the table filters the list down to just those people, so you can see at a glance who a review can't yet open on.
Leaving
Deactivating someone is reversible and leaves their history untouched: their record, evidence and closed reviews are kept exactly as they were. They can no longer sign in, and their record is not shown to anyone, their manager included, until they are reactivated.
Deactivated people are listed under Deactivated at the foot of the People page. Reactivate lets them sign in again with their record as it was, and they take up a seat again.
Exporting
The People table exports as CSV at any time, useful for anything outside the product, like reconciling against payroll. There's no bulk export of review content — reviews are personal, and a full export of one person's record lives on their own My Growth page. See My Growth.
