My Growth

Your own record — assessment, alignment, plan, evidence, review history, and what's expected of you.

On this page 7

Anything your manager can see on your record, you can see here too — the reverse of how most review tools work, where the record tends to belong more to the manager than to the person it's about.

My record

The landing page. If a review is open, it shows exactly where things stand: waiting on your assessment, waiting on your manager's, ready to align, or already closed, alongside a preview of your active plan, your most recent evidence, and your full history of closed reviews.

If something's missing before any of this can start, no manager set, no track assigned, the page says so plainly and names who's responsible for fixing it. Admins without a manager of their own can set that themselves, from Organization, rather than waiting on someone else.

My assessment

Your side of an open review, written independently of your manager's. See Assessments for the rating scale and evidence requirements. Submitting is final, and both sides only become visible once both are in.

Alignment

Once both assessments are submitted, this is the reveal and the conversation record. See Alignment. You'll read your manager's recorded outcome and summary here.

Plan

Your active plan: its focus areas, each carrying your manager's commitment alongside what you'll do. Earlier plans stay readable below it. Your manager writes and updates it, since the commitment behind it is theirs; you only read it. See Plan.

Evidence

Your own log: things you've noted about your own work, and everything your manager has shared with you, attributed and dated. Either of you can also hold a new entry back as a draft until it's ready. See Evidence.

Reviews

Every closed review, exactly as it read the day it closed: both sides' ratings, notes, the outcome, and the conversation summary, against the framework wording current at the time. Export your entire record, every review, your whole evidence log, as a single Markdown file from here.

What is expected

The framework as it applies to you: your level's column, or your own personal expectations if that's what you're assessed against instead. If something here feels wrong for your actual role, the way to say so is a note on that dimension in your next assessment. Your manager reads it at alignment, which is where it's meant to be discussed.
