My Reports

Running reviews for your direct reports: the roster, each person's record, and starting and closing a review.

On this page 4

Run reviews for your direct reports here: the roster, one review at a time, and each person's full record. The roster is built from reporting lines, not team membership, so if someone's missing, fix it in Teams or People rather than on this page.

The roster

A row per report, showing where each review currently stands and whether they have an active plan, and a quick way to log evidence about someone without leaving the page. If nobody's assigned to a framework yet, or nobody reports to you, the page says exactly that rather than just showing an empty table — there's a real difference between "nothing to do yet" and "something's misconfigured."

Starting a review

Start a review walks through picking the person, confirming the track and level they're about to be assessed against, naming the review, and setting a conversation date. See Reviews for the full mechanics, including what gets locked in the moment you start.

A report's record

Opening someone from the roster gives you the same tabs as their own My Growth, from your side:

  • Record — where their current review stands, their active plan, recent evidence, and history.
  • Assessment — your half of the assessment, written independently of theirs. See Assessments.
  • Alignment — the reveal once both sides have submitted, where you record the outcome and a summary of the conversation. See Alignment.
  • Plan — their active plan and the earlier ones. Create or close a plan here, with candidates from their latest review. See Plan.
  • Evidence — the shared log for this person, plus what you've logged about them. See Evidence.
  • Reviews — their closed review history.
  • What is expected — the framework wording their assessments are written against, or the personal expectations you've written for them instead.

This is the same information the employee sees about themselves, not a manager-only extended cut. Anything added to how you see a report belongs on their own view too.

Closing a review

Recording the outcome in alignment closes the review, after you confirm it. Closing makes the assessments and alignment permanently read-only; the plan isn't affected. If one side never submitted and the review has stalled long enough, you'll see Close without alignment instead — see Reviews for when that becomes available and what it protects.
